What is the medical approval process like?
- Complete an online intake form.
- A healthcare provider reviews your information.
- If approved, the medication, instructions, and supplies are shipped to your home.
- You’ll have access to both provider and customer support every step of the way.
What if I am not approved?
You will receive a full refund.
Refund Eligibility
If you wish to cancel after your provider completes your health review and writes a prescription, HelloWellness may refund your total payment minus a $50 professional services fee.
Please email info@hellowellness.health within 24 hours of your completed provider review. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
Is the medication included in the plan?
Yes, it is! If approved, your plan may include:

What is the timeline after medical approval?
For most states, your package ships within 5–7 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking information once it’s on the way.
Replacement Policy
Once the carrier confirms your medication has been delivered, the process is considered complete. Because these are medications, we’re unable to reship once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you did not receive your package despite a delivery confirmation, please file a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen packages.
